Our standard delivery time is 3-7 business days. Personalised products may take a little longer depending on complexity.
Can I return my order?
Yes, standard products can be returned within 14 days. Read here for the return and payment policy. Personalized products cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error.

Upload your design, photo or text during the ordering process. We will make sure it is printed with the highest quality.

Past dit hoesje op mijn toestel?
Al onze hoesjes zijn exact op maat gemaakt voor het door jou gekozen toestel. Kies dus jouw exacte model in het menu bij het product. Twijfel je? Of staat jouw telefoonmodel niet op de website? Neem gerust contact met ons op via info@micaso.shop.
Wat als mijn afbeelding niet goed is (bij custom hoesjes)?
We controleren elke afbeelding handmatig. Is de kwaliteit te laag of het formaat ongeschikt? Dan nemen we altijd contact met je op voordat we gaan drukken. Zo zorgen we ervoor dat jouw hoesje perfect wordt!
